Thirteen names in the filmed Encyclopedia
The Stands menu at 0:42 in CHALLS’s 13 October obtainment video visibly lists thirteen names, including Whitesnake. We read that frame on 18 October. It is a dated game-interface record, not proof of a complete roster in every current server. Rarities below are attributed to AllThingsHow’s 14 October table; ability summaries retain their separate source labels.

Roster source and evidence limits
The older Fans First Booyah article names twelve and omits Whitesnake. The later inspected Encyclopedia menu has thirteen. That establishes a difference between records, not the date a developer added a Stand. The old article remains the source of the attributed ability summaries, not a current completeness claim.
Rarity is not a win-rate tier. AllThingsHow groups the thirteen into Legendary, Epic, Uncommon and Common; this site has not measured rarity probabilities. We additionally inspected Whitesnake’s actual entry at 5:36: the grab must land, the victim’s Stand is temporarily unavailable, and a second skill input selects the disc action. This is not an automatic hit or proof of a permanent stolen Stand.
The linked Iron showcase remains a viewing reference, not an independently tested moveset. Numeric damage and cooldown claims have been removed from this comparison rather than mixing incompatible dated values.
For routes and costs, see how to get a stand; for summoning questions, see awaken. The tier list attributes its ordering to the same article.
What still needs a current-server check
A complete current roster, rarity distribution, drop probabilities, move costs and measured cooldowns still need evidence from the current client or a developer document. This site has not reproduced them. Repeating one article across multiple sites does not raise its evidence grade.

Questions
How many stands are in Morioh High?
The inspected 13 October CHALLS video shows thirteen names in the Encyclopedia, including Whitesnake. The older twelve-name article omits it. Thirteen is a filmed catalogue snapshot, not a guarantee that the current total is unchanged.
Who is each stand user in Morioh High?
This page lists reported player abilities, not manga-character assignments. It does not establish every NPC stand user. Use the lore reference for story characters rather than infer game NPCs from it.
